1-1 COACHING

Rather than looking to your external environment to understand where feelings of dissatisfaction or disconnection might be coming from, I encourage you to look inwards. It’s only when you pause to reflect on, analyse and clarify your worldview, that you can truly understand whether something in your life is misaligned.

As a certified coach, I’ll work with you 1-1 to unlock your true potential as a leader. My holistic approach centres around helping you access your inner world; by expanding your self-awareness you can start to understand the impact your beliefs, thoughts and habits are having on your life, your organization and your community.

THE EMPOWERED ME IS A GROUP COACHING PROGRAMME JUST FOR WOMEN.

THE EMPOWERED ME

Through my work as a global ambassador for World Merit, I focused a lot on issues relating to gender equality.

I noticed that, around the world, women often face institutional, systemic and culture barriers on their journey to leadership not faced by their male counterparts. As such, women tend to approach leadership differently, and their processes for driving change are different too.

This five-week course focuses on getting women into leadership and helping you overcome any conscious or unconscious hurdles you may face, specifically focusing on empowerment and confidence. You must first develop a clear understanding of the internal and external environment you’re operating in, before you can truly embody your inner leader.
